Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Stoodio LLC (“Stoodio,” “Franky,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information through yofranky.coand any related services, software, applications, or APIs (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in via Pinterest OAuth, we receive your Pinterest username, display name, avatar URL, and Pinterest user identifier. We do not receive your Pinterest password.

Content you provide.Pinterest board URLs, pin images, uploaded reference images, brand names, briefs, prompt text, generated outputs, and any text you enter into the Service (collectively, “User Content”).

Usage information.Pages visited, features used, timestamps, IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and similar telemetry. Collected via standard server logs and via Cloudflare’s edge infrastructure.

Cookies. We use first-party cookies necessary to keep you signed in (a 90-day session cookie) and to operate the Service. We do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Authenticate you, persist your account, and apply your preferences.
  • Analyze pins, generate briefs, and produce paste-ready prompts on your behalf.
  • Train, evaluate, and improve our models, agents, and prompt systems, using User Content, generated outputs, and usage telemetry. This includes training derivative agents (members of the Franky cast) and producing exemplar work to showcase the Service.
  • Showcase anonymized or aggregated example briefs and outputs on the public Service (marketing pages, case studies, social posts).
  • Send transactional and operational messages (sign-in confirmations, security alerts, service updates). We do not send marketing email without your separate opt-in.
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Comply with applicable law.

3. License you grant us

By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant Stoodio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise use your User Content for the purposes described in this Policy, including to operate the Service and to train, improve, and showcase the Service. This license survives the deletion of your account with respect to copies already incorporated into trained models or published exemplars; we will stop ingesting new content for those purposes promptly when you turn the Private toggle on (see Section 4).

4. Your choices: the Private toggle

You can change how we use future User Content at any time in Account → Private projects. When the Private toggle is on:

  • New projects you create are marked private. Their pins and outputs are not added to the shared analysis cache.
  • Pins and outputs from private projects are not used to train new models or derivative agents.
  • Pins and outputs from private projects are not shown in public exemplars or marketing.
  • Existing projects keep whatever privacy setting they had; you can flip per-project privacy in each project’s settings.

Turning the toggle on does not remove content from already-trained models, already-published exemplars, or already-built derivative agents (see Section 3).

5. How we share information

We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers. Cloudflare (hosting, edge, D1 database, R2 object storage), Anthropic and other model providers (to run analysis and generate briefs), Pinterest (for OAuth). Providers process data on our behalf under contract.
  • Aggregated or anonymized data. We may publish statistics or examples that do not identify you.
  • Legal. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
  • Successors. If Stoodio is acquired or merged, information may transfer to the successor under this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain User Content and account information for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and its associated User Content, email us at ray.hernandez@gmail.com. We will delete or anonymize your account records and associated User Content within 30 days of a verified request, subject to the survival clause in Section 3 (model weights, published exemplars, and trained agents may still contain learned patterns derived from your content prior to deletion). Some content stored in shared, de-duplicated form may be anonymized (disassociated from your account) rather than erased where it is also referenced by other users.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at ray.hernandez@gmail.com and we will delete it.

8. International users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or any country where our service providers operate. By using the Service you consent to that transfer.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure; we do not warrant absolute security.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced on the Service or by email. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
